  1. heh i finally had something to drink after my 3 month unwanted abstinance. back in cleveland, neighbor across sarah’s parents house was trying to pull out some bushes. so me having my blazer offered to help 🙂
15 minutes and a large trail of dirt later, there are 2 bushes on his curb pulled out perfectly. guy gave me some imported molson xxx, for a light beer it was good! was even higher alchohol % than most beers, something like 7.6. if i ever have money, definitely on the list to get 😉

  2. that’s just beer, the only reason there’s dark beer, ale, and stout is that the process is different for each one. molson xxx is like 9.0% if i’m not mistaken…then again i was drinking the actually candian stuff…

beer is grain (rice(think bud), corn, or wheat) flavored with hops

ale is barley malt with or without hops

stout is when the grain is toasted before making mash

lager is allowed to settle for 2 to 3 months before bottling and is a subtype of beer.

the only thing i can’t find is wtf a pilsner is…

  3. revision:
beer is barley malt cut with wheat, corn, rice, or sugar

    ale is strictly barley malt

    both are flavored with hops

  4. i have all the pics but it turns out that my domain has expired and my email is not working… i’m working on that lol matt, i have them on cd i’ll give them to you when i see you this week!
