fairly uneventful weekend. did some side work for a local wireless isp that i have no ties with.. (or something…) also hung out with chip and kristin, whom i finally got to meet! loved that game we played.
what game you ask? well it’s hard to explain, easier to just play. it’s like a six degrees of separation game, you get from point a to point b using movies, music, games, books, comics, whatever. i wasn’t too good considering i have the worlds worst memory relating to places, names, and any kind of proper noun.
this is my last week off before starting work, so i need to figure out how to enjoy it. i’ll be in pc at the ass end of the week since my dad turned 50 this weekend. happy birthday dad! he never reads this… also need to go talk to ye olde financial planner — my new employer won’t let me sign up for 401k for one year, so i need to diversify my ira and increase what i put into it every month. also have a 401k from rawhide and cisp that needs rolled into my ira. fun fun fun!
