hmm… i’d like to talk to you about having sparky do some filtering.
you know how to find me!
by the way, i had a meeting with amplex the other day and met the guy who co-lo’s the box bgslug.org is on in his bedroom or whatever. he was like “do you know a kevin otte?” i forget his name.
ah, that would probably be adam kujawski (everybody calls him kuj).
spamhaus and ordb… we use them. we also use dorkslayers and osirusoft and spews (unless any of those are part of spamcop, but i doubt it)
fun spam filters… fun!
its not in his bedroom… its in a spare bedroom thats used as a server room.
osirusoft is a combination of spamhaus, spamsites, and a few dialup/proxy lists. we use osirusoft, but took spamhaus out since it is included in osirusoft’s list. spamcop is a little too liberal at times – our squid proxy was listed there once because of a misconfiguration. i might take them out.
just started using messagewall (messagewall.org) to do the filtering. pretty nice so far. telnet mail.cwoh.net 25 🙂
