just watched fanimatrix: run program, which is a matrix fan film. totally indy, and it cost them about $600 u.s. it was released yesterday — free for download. believe it or not, it is rather kickass. go get it immediately, and be sure to use bittorrent, since the mirrors are very overloaded.
it amazes me to no end what can be done on an indy budget. ahh, i miss the days of making stupid movies with friends.
plug: thanks to bittorrent, most of the 130 meg version of fanimatrix was downloaded by the time i finished taking a dump!
I gotta say… it had the plot strength and acting of Durchgefickt… but good visuals.
