for those wondering what’s up with me, not too much… things are rather strange at work, the business development guy (also the ex owner) dropped to part time. one of the tech support guys is leaving, and the owner is considering not replacing them. i’m more utilized than i have been, but still have a bit too much free time. and, i don’t think they are quite as paranoid as everyone gave me the impression they are.
my sister moved to kent for college yesterday. as such, my mom is going through serious empty nest syndrome. i should spend a bit more time with her to help ease that a bit.
finally got my home pc up and running again. had to move the ‘puter from the back room into my bedroom. for some reason the mouse quit working while sitting idle for a few weeks (???), so i bought a sweet little logitech wireless keyboard/optical mouse combo.
as you can see, very little going on in my life. quite boring. everyone else has been pretty busy, so i haven’t spent much time with my friends or the roomate lately.
finally, for those wondering what’s up with the silentbob upgrade… not sure… netbsd sucks on sparc64 — cannot get php or mysql running on it. attempting to go back to openbsd again. we’ll see…
so how is everyone? i haven’t talked to anyone lately. kinda miss kev/sarah and the bg crowd.
