yes, i was late anyways, and later than i would have been had i not been speeding.
however, if i wouldn’t have received the ticket, i may have been fired. the ticket was an excuse for being late.
i was doing 71 in a 55.
how many times have you been late in the past? if you were late just once and they spazzed, i’d have to wonder if the company is really worth working for

while we are on the topic of speeding, my grandfather just bought a porsche; very fast, a cop magnet.
managed to speed in a honda? wtf! it gets quite annoying, on the turnpike, when i’m cruising past these brand new, decked out sports cars in my 88 civic…
you’d think if you had a car like that, you’d go faster than 80…
honda called me today. they wanted money. i couldn’t afford last month’s payment because of, well, me being broke. circuit city wants money too.
oh, but see the above post, that will take care of at least 2 of my 3 credit card payments.
i think i subconciously reject people based on what they drive…i cut a woman off just because she was in a honda (and i was merging at 70 yet she felt the need to speed up and try to cut me off in my blindspot…i hate that)
i am completely dumbfounded by all the honda bashing. the biggest piece of shit cars by faaarrr are fords. one time i seen a ford truck with 189000 miles on it, where as i couldn’t tell you how many 200000+ mile hondas i’ve seen. anyways, who’s ever seen an escort win in a race against anything? i owned one, i know. the only ford worth owning is the new mustang svt because of the raw power it posesses, whereas all hondas are worth owning.

believe me, i’m well aware of the discrimination against hondas… but hey, i don’t care what the hell you drive, just get out of my way. people that drive below 80 in the left most lane need to be shot. since when did the right lane become the new left lane?
i’ll take any car owned by anybody here with my ford, hands down. the only car that out performs it is my grandfathers porsche.
fords do suck and the worst vehicles i have ever driven happen to be the mercury villiger and the ford escort. hondas, however, have failed to impress me…the nsx illustrates my problems with hondas…90 thou for a 10 year old design with minimal updates…honda has been resting on its laurels for the past decade yet everybody is duped because of thier reputation…the cheyanne has more credibility right now that the new accord, in my mind
just goes to show, honda perfected the design many years ago, this is the exact reason the cars don’t lose their resale value, a ten year honda is damn near as good as a new honda.
*sidenote* the new accords look ugly as fuck.
when i missed a payment on my jeep they just sent me a letter.. you bank probably still has thugs with baseball bats lol hondas do hold their vaule well, my jeep should fairly well. according to kbb.com my liberty books for $800 more than i paid for it back in january. sucks ass though the new ’03 liberty’s get 0% financing, that would have saved me some coin.
