today was my six month review at work. i am surprised at the positive stuff that was said. here are a few quotes from the review copy:
“…maintains an attitude of “doing things right the first time.”
“… uses good judgement when making decisions and openly expresses his opinions.”
“…accepts the responsibility of completing tasks with very little follow-up needed.”
“…has done a good job of building trust and confidence among the … customer base.”
“i value and trust matt’s opinion on areas of change and improvement.”
and pretty much the only negative item:
“…has misseed several days and been tardy on several occasions. improvement needs to be shown in this area.”
d’oh!
