i am now on my third motorola v60. after i destroyed my first one, the insurance company sent me a refurb as a replacement. the referb had problems, so i have a spanking new v60i with a polished greenish faceplace. very cool.
shanon (‘sir’) is leaving for california on monday, and is likely not returning. this, of course, sucks just a bit.
did a bit of shopping with travis this past weekend. went to the mall, planning to spend zero money. well, hot topic had adult swim t-shirts, so i had to buy a meatwad shirt. eighteen bucks. and the dollar tree, as usual, had some good stuff for a buck… so, four bucks there. staples has (had?) memorex 48-bit thin usb powered scanners for $20. what a steal! i had to buy one, so twenty bucks there.
i’ve tried half a dozen times so far to go out on the wave riders. things never seem to come together there. they are both finally working correctly, and only half way through the season… (sarcasm…) anyway, i’m looking forward to getting out there on the water with them asap.
well, that’s enough randomness to feed the crowd for the time being.

Hey Matt, how do you like the v60i? I’ve been looking at replacing my phone with one of those, but I keep hearing mixed reviews. How’s the reception? Good interface? What is your opinion?
