i now officially have a second job. my first government job, even have to pay into p.e.r.s., but i guess i get it all back. days at cw, and a few nights a week at the county. damn. but i get my own county employee i.d., and all of the chics will thus dig me. hah.
oh, and my driving record is so bad that i can’t drive on the job!!

they’re a customer of ours, and they’re doing a big migration to active directory and xp across the board. while on a service call there, he said he needed help and i said i could work evenings. and here we are. i’ll be ghosting boxes, moving data, other boring stuff. wish my ipod’s battery lasted more than 15 minutes.

you cant get all the money back from pers…they will tack on some worthless penalties no matter what you do.
good luck with AD. you have to do initial setup or are you just doing the manual labor of dropping them in the domain?
the ad is already setup (although i question it). i just need to drop new boxes into the tree. i have played with ad at the office enough to get around.
