friends, countrymen…
as most of you know, i cancelled verizon and switched to alltel. verizon insists that i was still under contract, despite never agreeing to any of the extensions they gave me for changing service plans. i’ve written letters, talked to csr’s, etc etc.
well, now they sent me to a collections agency.
should i pay the $175 or should i keep fighting it?
Get the Better Business Bureau on the horn and see what they have to say about the matter. Cell companies hate getting dinged by the BBB.
I’d fight it, and call an attorney if you need to. even our company is having problems with cellular companies.
Stick it to the man! I fight tooth and nail for every last dollar I hold in my hands. I think their is a couple credit card companies that have me on their hit list because of it.
I agree with Peter. What you need here is a pointed letter from an attorney, and you shouldn’t have any more issues.
sleep with their best friend. teach them a lesson.
and, come up with a mean chant that all the kids on the playground can say.
