monster.com seems to be working again. every day i search jobs throughout northwest ohio, and every day there’s one or two new positions. every day, i send those people my resume. every day, the phone remains silent.
i’ve always had a fascination with the new england states, so i thought i’d do a search for networking jobs in boston, mass. there were about 30 job postings today alone. over 1,000 over the past month.
if i hadn’t just signed a 1 year lease, i would very seriously be considering a move. hell, i may even look into breach of contract on the lease… there’s not much tieing me to toledo these days… i have a few good friends here, but most of them will probably be moving soon anyway. but there’s still that certain someone. moving to mass would probably end all possibilities of that happening.
speaking of that topic, i asked my friends who know what’s up for their opinions, and i’ve received the opinions of other friends without asking. either way, the majority definitely thinks it’s worth sticking with.
