cisco ap-342 access points suck. br-342 bridges work great, and i’ve never had a single problem with them, but the access points seem completely worthless. i really want to throw them out the window. unfortunately we have about 7 of them, and they cost about $700 each.
then one might say ‘why don’t you just go with all bridges?’
good question. unfortunately bridges are about $1,200. we have several, but not enough to complete our network.
