after test driving hondas, hyundais, olds aleros, and vw jettas, here are my findings…
i’m in love with a ’99 honda accord sedan, fully loaded, with about 25,000 miles on it.
unfortunately they want 17,000 for it, which is a touch over my price range. i need to get it to around 15,000…
perhaps you could apply for a small loan through eloan.com or peoplefirst.com
i was in the same predicament because i could only qualify for a 36-months $15,000 loan. i would have opted for a vw, mazda or nissan if there was $25,000 to spend. frankly speaking, matt, $15,000 can’t really buy much even during all this ‘0% financing’ period.
i spent 2 months researching and all i could afford was either the hyundai, kia, ford focus, saturn and a couple of other smaller econo-sedans. take your time to evaluate, buddy. don’t rush. 🙂
yeah, i agree. it’s not if i can qualify for a loan, i have a good co-signer. i just need to make sure i can afford the monthly payments.
honda, are you drunk? maybe you should be.
